We're looking for independent contractors who can plug into projects with confidence, skill, and care. You don’t need to be available full-time, but we do expect you to be available during the day, responsive, and ready to take real responsibility for your work.

Here’s what matters most:

Skills & Experience

  • You’ve led or contributed to serious design or research work in product teams

  • You can show past work that demonstrates your thinking and craft

  • You hold relevant certifications or equivalent experience

  • You’re based in the US

Availability

  • You’re available during standard business hours for meetings and collaboration

  • You can flex your hours up or down as projects shift

  • You're not working full-time for another company
