Missions Conference in Penn Yan, NY

My latest journey took me through the states of WV, PA and NY where I was able to introduce myself and our ministry to a number of wonderful pastors. It is such a privilege to meet godly men all over our country. We so often here about pastors and churches that are not making much of an impact for Christ, but I want to testify that there are many that are being used of God in wonderful and significant ways.

My main purpose for the trip was to participate in the missions conference at Penn Yan Bible Church and what an awesome privilege it was to do so. Pastor Leo Galletta leads a group of believers who have a heart for missions and a ministry to missionaries. I was surrounded by a group of fellow missionaries from the US, China and Central America. Headlining the conference was Dr. Ron Blue of DTS and CAM International. This godly man has a contagious enthusiasm for missions and a knowledge and breadth of experience that is incredible. For me it was a time of ministry but even more of a learning time. I am fired up to get to the field and do what God has called our family to do in South Africa. I also continue to be amazed at the Body of Christ all over the world. How do you describe what God is doing all over the world except to say that it is an honor to partner with these brothers and sisters in Christ.
